About

I've always been the person closest to the problem.

I am most useful when the answer is not obvious. I combine customer and operating experience with hands-on building to turn assumptions into products we can test.

Product judgment, grounded in operations

I spent the first part of my career close to customers and constrained systems. At Casper, I helped scale Customer Experience, built a company-wide planning process, and managed internal CRM product work. Those roles taught me that choosing what deserves limited time and attention is itself a product skill.

A family-business chapter

In 2019 I joined my wife in running Wonton In A Million. We grew the business, led a small team, fulfilled intense product launches, and learned what it feels like when every decision is personal, resources are finite, and the customer response is immediate.

Why I build now

I went through a software engineering boot camp in 2019 and built early products without much AI assistance. Modern coding tools have dramatically reduced the time and cost of turning an idea into software. That does not make every idea worth building—it gives us a faster way to make assumptions tangible, test them, and improve our judgment.

The rest of the context

Family, health, running, photography, and video keep me close to real behavior and real constraints. Many of my product ideas begin there, and real use is how I decide whether an idea has earned another round.

What I'm looking for

A full-time role in AI product operations, AI enablement, or customer-facing or forward-deployed AI, where operating judgment and hands-on building are both part of the job. I'm open to on-site, hybrid, and remote work.
